Upon her first inspection, we felt that Kim ‘got’ our lifestyle property. She could see the property through a buyers eyes, and knew which aspects to emphasize in the sale process. She had her finger on the pulse regarding current market trends, and was able to provide sound advice on timing of putting our property on the market.
She gave advice on how we could best present our property, but was realistic about our personal constraints (i.e. living in the property during the sale process). She was a good communicator throughout the process, but not over-the-top. I know she did a lot of work and negotiation in the background, but spared us the intricate details.
When it became clear that the sale process had ‘momentum’, she was able to move quickly (in full consultation with us), undertake a smart mini-auction process, and we ended up getting a price we were very happy with – within a week of listing. After contract signing, her stellar service continued, as she accompanied the building inspector to ensure she was across the findings, and could translate these to the buyer.
She is an incredibly hard worker (negotiating our sale at 6pm on Christmas Eve!), and a great, warm personality to work with. We got quotes from two other agents – her fees were competitive, and her service clearly the best.
